Fishing at last!

30/6/2012

Saturday afternoon, ( 30th June )
managed to get a couple of hours or so in on the R. Axe, most places saw an upstream wind, but not a lot of fish rising, the odd one or two that were rising seemed to disappear as soon as a fly was cast to them! However, fishing the "Bubble line" brought some results to a dry fly.
Now Monday 2nd July, and the rain has returned yet again! If this weather keeps up, this season will be yet another disaster like the previous one, but for a different reason, last season no water, this season too much!
